Exciting times at Scampton Church
Who would have thought this time last year that 12 months down the line we would still be engulfed with COVID, its problems and consequences.
Mother Theresa is attributed with saying ‘God won’t give me anything I can’t handle – I just wish he wouldn’t trust me so much’.
The way to have peace in the midst of a troubled situation is by trusting and staying close to God. He can give you a sense of serenity when you’re surrounded by stress. Always remember God is always waiting for your call.
‘You told me to turn all my troubles to YOU and you will take care of me’. (Peter 5v7). SO HERE THEY ARE.
I can’t think of a more constructive New Year’s Resolution!
